The activities of the center are organized by the “Development and Education Center” organization, and this initiative is supported by businessman and philanthropist Rahim Huseynov. It was with his initiative and financial support that the center’s building was built, and new opportunities were created for the youth of the region. Huseynov Rahim Hasan oglu was born on July 22, 1966 in the village of Yukhari Saral, Marneuli municipality. In 1983, he graduated from a village school, and in 1985–1987, he served in the military. Then, in 1987, he entered the Tambov State Technical University located in the Tambov region of the Russian Federation, and after successfully completing his education, he studied at the law faculty of the Derzhavin Tambov State University. Currently, he is a well-known and respected businessman in the Tambov region. For many years, he has been an active member of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Russia, and has also been a member of the public chamber and chairman of the diaspora organization for more than 10 years. Rahim Bey is a person who respects and strives to protect national-spiritual values and religious beliefs, distinguished by his kindness and patriotism. He has created employment opportunities for people by opening a number of jobs in Russia and Georgia. The Saral Development and Education Center, which was implemented with his initiative and support, today opens the doors of education and development for hundreds of young people, making a significant contribution to the social life of the region. The official opening of the center was held on January 5, 2025 in the village of Yukhari Saral. Currently, a total of 219 children, adolescents and young people benefit from the following courses completely free of charge at the center. The courses include English, mathematics, drawing, chess, Georgian, robotics. In addition to the courses, trainings, meetings, presentations and events are also organized for participants. All activities are carried out by a volunteer teaching staff.
